In this program, you will

•  Decide what is most important for you to achieve in 2024.

•  Discover what you need to change to move forward and reach your goal.

•  Get the focus, clarity, and momentum you need to get unstuck and create the transformation you seek.
   

The program includes

• One virtual 3-hour discovery and strategy session to identify, define, and create a plan for your 2024 goals.

• Three 1-hour coaching sessions following the initial strategy session.
   

The Process​

• Define the goal you want to achieve in 2024. 

• Create your Vision.

• Explore Values, Strengths, Interests, Development Areas.

• Determine required Mindset shifts.

• Identify and prepare for Obstacles.

• Develop your Action Plan.
   

VIP Day + Coaching Option: VIP Day + Three 45-minute Private Zoom Coaching Sessions.

• Determine and finalize the details of your plan and begin to implement.

• Explore and solve issues that surface through coaching.

• Scheduling for the 3-hour session VIP Strategy Session: Mondays 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. or Saturdays 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Central Standard Time

• For the VIP Day + Coaching option, you’ll receive a calendar link to schedule coaching sessions at the time that works best for you.
